With over 20 years of experience as a psychologist, coach and group facilitator, Rhianna has worked across multiple sectors, helping individuals and organisations to achieve their goals. Her background includes roles in mental health, not-for-profit, disaster response, leadership development and corporate coaching. Rhianna works from a systemic framework, ensuring that she addresses the underlying issues, rather than just tinkering with the symptoms. Her additional qualifications in organisation dynamics allow her to provide tailored consultancy and coaching solutions that help clients achieve and sustain their desired outcomes.
